Communication

At Oak Tree, we recognise the importance of ongoing communication with parents and in providing updates on how your child has spent their day while under our care and we welcome any feedback you may have.

Daily Information
Each day you will receive via email an update of your child day which will include a summary of the program for the day and some photos of the day. You are more than welcome to talk to your room leaders and assistants each day to get an overview of your child’s activities, sleeping and eating patterns. In addition, we will provide parents with a Daily Register including your child’s rest times and meals. This can be found in each of the rooms at the centre.

Newsletters and Updates
Oak Tree produces a monthly newsletter for parents detailing a calendar of upcoming events, centre news, useful parent information and an update on the rooms within the centre.
