Oak tree has been our saving grace and a true extension of our family! My daughter has been attending this centre since she was 9 months old and has always been supported through every developmental stage with expertise and love. The educators focus on connection, care and education. They are intentional with all aspects of care by providing all the supplies needed inc nappies, freshly cooked meals, play based learning. My daughter loves to attend the centre and has already made so many amazing friendship with the other children in her class. Thank you oak tree for being a part of our family and always making us and our children feel safe.

I was recommended to send my eldest to Oaktree because her first day care (big name) was really bad. The rest is history for us. The staff are always friendly and caring to all that walks through their gate. They support individual children’s needs and development. Always thinking with family on how to nurture the children’s growth. Their events/activities are always family and community based to expand on children’s sense of community. My youngest has recently started there and both are having the time of their life. A centre I would highly recommend to anyone that prefers the intimacy of a smaller centre.

We’ve had such a great experience with Oak Tree Early Learning Centre. Both of my boys absolutely love it there – the educators are warm, caring, and really take the time to get to know each child. We love the focus on play-based learning and how they support the kids’ emotional growth. I also really appreciate the app that keeps us updated throughout the day with photos and notes – it’s such a lovely way to stay connected. There’s a real sense of community here, and we couldn’t be happier!

My children have been at Oak Tree over the past four years. I toured a couple of other centres but then initially chose Oak Tree as it was small, warm, welcoming and felt like I was leaving my kids with family. I have been very happy with my choice and sent my second child there two years ago. Sure, it’s not flashy and colour coordinated- but the staff are loving, they genuinely care about the children as individuals and the activities are very much centred around the children’s interests and connection to community. Simple things like a friendly welcome each day, consistent staff and nutritious food make Oak Tree special- they also offer extra little things like date nights, home cooked dinners and recently, Mother’s Day ladies night! I have no hesitation recommending Oak Tree to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming and nurturing place to send their children. It has been a pleasure to be a part of the Oak Tree family thus far.

Best childcare in Sylvania! We love the family feel and it is such a nice environment for our son to learn and grow in. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help in anyway they can, they are so caring and my son loves going there. Highly recommended if you are looking for a childcare centre in Sylvania that is loving, focused on the children’s development and family and community focused.

We love Oak Tree’s small, personal, family feel. All the children and Educators eat all meals together and share the playgroud which is lovely and makes the transition through the differnt rooms an easy one. There are many organised community events that a lot of effort is put into as well as little extras during the year such as ‘Date nights’ for us – babysitting : ) My 3yr old loves going and rarely wants to come home, he has so much to tell me of what he learns each day. We’ll have no hesitation sending our baby to Oak Tree when it is time.
