Our curriculum is built around the principles of play-based learning, encouraging children to learn through exploration and creativity. We take a holistic approach that supports growth in cognitive, physical, social and emotional areas.
At Oak Tree Learning Centre, we are dedicated to keeping our community informed and engaged. Our educators offer clear insights into our program, which follows the EYLF curriculum, focusing on an individual approach to childcare.
We understand that every child develops at their own pace, and our program provides a nurturing environment that values and embraces each child for who they are.
Our team of experienced educators understand the unique developmental needs of each child. We taught every lesson with an "individual approach", whether it's literacy, numeracy, or other cognitive abilities, we're here to help.
The formative years are critical for a child's development, which is why we offer a safe and secure environment. Our parent information-health guide is designed to provide the spread of sicknesses. While our meals provided throughout the day are nutritious and balanced.
At the beginning of the child's development, this is a crucial stage. It's where many of the child's "firsts" take place, from sitting, crawling, to fundamental activities like walking or running. Our educators act as primary caregivers, providing a comforting, familiar face for your baby.
How we support a baby's growth:
Belonging: Before being and becoming can come to fruition, to feel like you belong is the very foundation. Our Oak Tree Learning Centre is founded on this idea, through "Nurture." Providing a warm, inclusive and loving environment led by a caring team of educators.
Being: Living in the present is central to our identity, especially when it comes to acceptance. Here at our early learning centre, we value making every child feel seen and heard. By supporting them in discovering self-identity, we prepare them for everyday life including making friends.
Becoming: This is a continuously evolving stage within early childhood. It can mean anywhere from absorbing new knowledge, to creating new friendships. The child is likely to be shaped by these new and unfamiliar interactions. Our centre aims for a positive impression on these formative years.
