1. Welcome at the front desk
Our coordinator will greet you and your family. We'll sign you in and introduce ourselves over a cup of tea or coffee.
2. Walk through the rooms
We'll take you through the nursery, toddler room and pre-school — showing you the learning environments, outdoor spaces and kitchen.
3. Meet the educators
We'll introduce you to the team, the people who will be with your child every day. You'll have time to chat and ask them directly.
4. Q&A with the coordinator
Fees, programs, CCS, routines, meals, your child's start date. We'll answer every question thoroughly and honestly.
5. Join the waiting list
If you love what you see and we hope you will, we'll help you get on the waiting list.

Absolutely. We encourage it! Watching your child explore the rooms is often the most reassuring part of any visit.
Usually 30–45 minutes, depending on how many questions you have. We never rush.
Not at all. Many families tour months before they need care. Come whenever you're curious, there's no pressure.
Just yourself (and your child if you'd like). We'll provide all the information you need. A list of questions is always helpful!
